Treadmills generally require more space than bikes, although some modern stationary bikes with many complex features tend to be bigger in size than simpler models.

    Make your decision based on your personal preference, budget and space limitations. Remember to pick a machine that you know you'll use on a regular basis, so you can get the most benefits out of your new machine.
